About Me

I’m Elyse — a licensed counselor (LCSW + LCDC) who specializes in helping moms break free from the stress, overwhelm, and emotional patterns that keep alcohol taking up way too much space in their lives. 
My work focuses on the deeper layers most programs skip over: anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and the pressure mothers carry every day.

 

My approach is different because it looks at the whole picture.

In my work over the last decade, I’ve seen a clear pattern:
most women drink because they’re exhausted, anxious, overstimulated, lonely, bored, burnt out, trying to hold everything together or running on autopilot. 

Drinking is a symptom of something bigger and I help moms understand why alcohol feels so comforting and what to do instead that actually leaves them feeling recharged (instead of depleted). 

 

Why I care so deeply about this work

I’ve walked alongside so many women who are facing this exact struggle, and I’ve navigated my own version of it too. I know how loud the shame can feel AND how freeing it is when alcohol no longer takes up so much space in your brain.
